By using UsInYears, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

The Service

UsInYears creates AI-imagined photographs and keepsake layouts from user-supplied images. Results are creative entertainment. They do not predict actual future appearance, health, lifespan, or relationship outcomes, and must not be treated as evidence or identity verification.

Your Images and Consent

You confirm that every person shown is an adult, has agreed to this generation, and that you own the images or have permission to use them. You retain your rights in submitted images. You grant us a limited, temporary license to host, process, and transmit them only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use UsInYears to process images of minors, public figures, strangers, or non-consenting people; impersonate someone; create false evidence; harass or deceive; perform biometric identification; evade law enforcement; or violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Purchases

UsInYears offers one complete digital keepsake as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. After the complete watermarked result is shown, you may choose a price from USD $1 to $99. Every accepted price unlocks the same rights and exports; a higher amount does not buy a different tier. Your selected amount is the purchase price, not a charitable donation. PayPal processes checkout and any eligible card payment. A pending or approved checkout is not proof of payment; downloads unlock only after our server verifies the captured amount, currency, order, and keepsake.

AI Output and Regeneration

AI output can contain inaccuracies, visual artifacts, or identity drift. The watermarked images shown before payment are the same generated images unlocked after payment; payment does not trigger a new generation. A completed purchase includes one selective chapter retry while the temporarily retained source photographs remain available. We may block images that appear unsafe or prohibited. We do not guarantee a particular resemblance or artistic result.

Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain safety, comply with provider rules, or improve the service. Temporary provider, storage, or network failures may delay generation. Where appropriate, we will retry, restore access, or apply the Refund Policy.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UsInYears is provided “as is” without warranties of prediction accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for misuse, unlawful uploads, or files a user downloads and later shares. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
