UsInYears sells one complete digital keepsake at a user-selected one-time price from USD $1 to $99. Every valid price receives the same rights. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Eligible Requests

Contact us within 7 days of purchase if a verified payment did not unlock the complete keepsake, the service failed to deliver usable files after the included selective retry, the captured amount differed from the amount you submitted, or you were charged more than once for the same order. We may ask for the order identifier and screenshots, but never your full card number.

Ineligible Requests

Refunds are generally unavailable after all purchased files have been successfully downloaded, for dissatisfaction based only on subjective artistic preference when the same watermarked results were available before payment, for expired files not downloaded within the stated availability window, or when the service was used in violation of the Terms.

Processing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through PayPal. PayPal or bank processing times vary and are outside our control. Consumer rights that apply in your country remain unaffected.

Requesting a Refund

Email support@usinyears.com. Include your order number, purchase email, reason, and the failed step. Do not send face photographs or payment-card details by email.
