UsInYears creates AI-imagined future keepsakes from photographs of consenting adults. Face photographs are deeply personal, so we limit collection, clearly describe third-party processing, and give you a direct deletion option.

Information We Process

• Source photographs: one couple photograph or two separate adult portraits you choose to upload.
• Generation choices: input mode, future interval, scene, and consent confirmation.
• Generated files: preview images and purchased keepsake exports.
• Order information: email, selected price, transaction identifiers, and payment status. PayPal and its payment partners process wallet or payment-card details; UsInYears does not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP-derived security signals, browser and device information, request logs, and essential cookies.

We do not intentionally collect biometric templates, face embeddings, health information, or information about minors.

How We Use Information

We process information to create the requested keepsake, deliver downloads, recover orders, prevent abuse, provide support, comply with law, and improve reliability using aggregated or non-identifying measurements. We do not use uploaded photographs to train models and do not sell personal information.

AI, Storage, and Payment Providers

When live generation is enabled, source photographs and prompts are sent to KIE.AI and the selected image model solely to provide the requested output. Cloudflare R2 or a compatible object-storage service stores files temporarily. PayPal processes checkout, eligible card funding, capture, and payment events. Each provider processes information under its own terms and may operate in another country.

Retention and Deletion

Our default schedule is:

• source photographs: deletion within 24 hours;
• generated files: deletion within 7 days;
• project access tokens: retained only as irreversible hashes;
• orders and legally required financial records: retained for the period required by tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and consumer-protection law.

The result screen includes an immediate deletion control. Logical access is removed immediately after a valid request; storage deletion and provider expiry may take a short operational period. Backup copies age out according to our backup schedule.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. You may also withdraw consent for future processing. Deletion cannot reverse files you already downloaded or shared, and some order records may be retained when legally required.

Safety and Children

UsInYears is only for adults aged 18 or older. Do not upload minors, public figures, strangers, or any person who has not agreed to this use. If we learn that prohibited images were submitted, we may stop processing and delete them.

Security

We use encrypted transport, restricted administrator access, high-entropy project tokens stored only as hashes, upload limits, fixed model prompts, and payment-webhook verification. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
