Delete From the Result Screen

Open the private result screen in the same browser and choose Delete my photos & result. The project access token is required, so only a person with the private result session can perform this action. Project access is removed immediately and the source/result references are cleared.

Automatic Deletion

Source photographs are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours. Generated files are scheduled for deletion within 7 days. Provider-hosted copies may remain until the provider’s short expiry period completes.

Request Help

If you no longer have the private result session, email support@usinyears.com with the order number and purchase email. We may need to verify ownership. Do not email face photographs, project tokens, passwords, or full card numbers.

Payment and accounting records may be retained where legally required even after creative files are removed.
